E-commerce review management automation
Unanswered reviews cost twice: once in the conversion rate of the product page, and again in the marketplace ranking signals that reward responsive sellers. Most teams know this and still fall behind, because reviews are nobody's full-time job.
The part worth automating, and the part that is not
A five-star review saying "perfect, fast delivery" needs a warm, specific, non-robotic thank-you. There are hundreds of them and they are genuinely low-stakes. That is automation territory.
A one-star review alleging a product defect is a different object entirely. It needs a human decision about what you are offering to do. Reguron drafts those too, but it does not send them without approval.
Sentiment-tiered handling
Positive reviews can auto-respond. Neutral and negative reviews are drafted and queued for a human. The threshold is yours to set.
Responses that reference the product
Drafts cite the specific item and the specific point the reviewer raised, so replies do not read as the same template three hundred times.
Marketplace Q&A too
Pre-purchase questions on marketplace listings are handled in the same flow — and those convert, so response latency matters more there than almost anywhere else.
Pattern reporting
Recurring complaints about one SKU get surfaced as a product problem rather than disappearing into individual replies.
How it works
1. Connect your review sources
Store product reviews plus marketplace review and Q&A feeds, depending on which channels you sell through.
2. Set your response policy
Define what you will and will not offer — replacement, refund, store credit — and the language you want used. This is the guardrail that makes automation safe.
3. Approve before you release
Everything is drafted for approval at first. You release auto-send per sentiment tier once the drafts are consistently good.
4. Review the pattern report
Weekly: which SKUs generate complaints, which complaints repeat, and whether response time is holding.
Response time is the metric
Reviewers who get a reply within a day frequently update their rating. Reviewers who get a reply three weeks later rarely revisit the page at all. The gap between those two outcomes is almost entirely operational.
Track median response time by sentiment tier separately. An average that looks healthy usually hides negative reviews waiting a fortnight while positive ones are answered in minutes — which is exactly backwards.
FAQ
Will automated replies look automated?
They will if you let them. The failure mode is a template with the product name slotted in, and reviewers spot it immediately. Drafts reference the actual content of the review, and we recommend keeping a human in the loop long enough to confirm that holds for your catalogue.
Can it write fake or incentivised reviews?
No. Reguron responds to reviews; it does not author them. Generating reviews would violate marketplace terms and consumer protection law in both the EU and Türkiye, and we will not build it.
Which review platforms are covered?
Coverage depends on the channels you sell through and on what each platform's API exposes. Tell us your mix and we will confirm what is supported today rather than giving you a list that includes aspirations.
What about reviews in a language my team does not speak?
Drafts are produced in the reviewer's language, with a translation shown to your approver so the person signing off actually understands what is being sent.
