Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Reguron website and, where applicable, the Reguron platform.
1. Parties
These terms are between you and [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTRATION NUMBER], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Reguron").
2. The service
Reguron provides software that connects to e-commerce stores and marketplace seller accounts and generates responses to customer communications.
Availability of specific integrations and capabilities is confirmed per account. Nothing on the marketing pages of this website constitutes a commitment that a particular integration is available to you.
3. Your responsibilities
Accurate configuration
You are responsible for the policies, product data and response rules you supply. Output quality depends on them.
Review before release
You decide which categories of message may be sent automatically. You are responsible for that decision.
Lawful use
You must not use the service to generate reviews, misrepresent products, or breach the terms of any marketplace you sell on.
Your own compliance
You remain responsible for your obligations to your customers, including consumer law and marketplace seller rules.
4. AI-generated output
Responses are generated by language models and may contain errors. Shadow mode and per-topic release exist so that you can assess accuracy before output reaches your customers.
[Liability allocation for automated output to be confirmed by counsel.]
5. Fees
[Pricing, billing cycle, trial terms, and whether prices shown on the website are live and transactable — to be confirmed. See NEEDED_INPUT §3.]
6. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and, where Reguron acts as a processor, by a data processing agreement. [DPA availability to be confirmed.]
7. Termination
[Notice periods and effect of termination on stored data to be confirmed.]
You may revoke Reguron's access to your store at any time from your store admin, which stops data processing immediately.
8. Liability
[Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers to be drafted by counsel. No placeholder text should be relied upon.]
9. Governing law
[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed.]
