Reguron builds AI agents that run e-commerce operations — customer support, order tracking, review management — for brands selling across their own stores and marketplaces.
What we are building
Most e-commerce support software assumes a human will do the work and tries to make them faster. We started from a different assumption: the majority of the volume is repetitive, data-answerable, and does not benefit from a person reading it.
Reguron agents sit on top of your store and marketplace data and handle that majority directly, while routing everything that needs judgement to the people who should be making those calls.
What we will not do
No invented social proof
We do not publish testimonials, logos or results we have not been given permission to publish. If a claim is not on this site, that is usually why.
No generated reviews
We respond to reviews. We do not write them, and we will not build that, regardless of who asks.
No silent financial actions
Refunds, credits and compensation are human decisions. Agents draft them; people authorise them.
No pooled customer data
Your store's data serves your store.
Where we are
We work across the English-speaking DTC market and the Turkish e-commerce market, which is why Turkish marketplace operations — Trendyol, Hepsiburada and the rest — are first-class rather than a localisation afterthought.
